My picture is of me on vacation in the ancient city, Pompeii, Italy! My boyfriend deployed from May of 2010-2011 and we met in Rome in March of 2011. We backpacked for 16 days to different cities in Italy and it was amazing!!! A once-in-a-lifetime trip!!
Wow! I have never been to Italy:) What was your very favorite part?
ReplyDeleteAll of Italy is amazing!! Never a dull place to visit. We went to so many different cities and areas, it's hard to pin point: Rome, up in the Alps, Verona, Florence, Tuscany and down south to Naples, Sorrento and Pompeii. Rome was probably my favorite city becuase of all the history that is around every corner and Verona is such a cute city! I also loved Sorrento because of the beautiful scenary. I can't wait ot go back someday.
